My order is not picked up since 15 days and it was my frist order on meesho.. i have raised tickets every single day regarding my order but not even once they responded

meesho seems to be truely fake and fraud company .. they dont care about seller .. i received my first order on 25 september and since than i m raising tickets every day that my order is not picked up and till today 7 october i did not receive any call or response from meesho support i call atleast 10 time on their useless complain number and i guess fake mail address but still no response .. in my raised tickets sometime they wrote mt address is changed than on 1 october they wrote my order is picked up and after when i asked about my deleivery status of my product they wrote on 6 october s ticket that my order is still not picked up.. well i m not going to sell my products on meesho from now and suggest everyone i know the same..

Did not refund yet, it's been 6 months, 499 still did not refund. I received the product, but here it is saying returned. I received the product already mailed you still no reply. Please consider.

My product has to been delivered on time order no-253********.False assurance was made by Kavya Jyothi and James executive from customer care service and Ravi from Kolkata a higher authority. Also they are reluctant to refund the money.

Ko tha ,mujhe job yo date pe delivery nehi mila tab mai ek complain kiya tha jiska number hai 1463**** .mujhe delivery ka samay aaj kaal barakat mujhe galat answer customer service ne diya,lekin product kaj tak hame nehi mila,mai product ke liye online payment bhi kiya

Delivery boy misbehaving

He is calling to take your item. then he is coming to Door I am telling what the amount he is telling 185 amount I paid amount throw Phone pay then. demanding to give Rs 20 extra.. I am asking why he is telling Give me otherwise I can't give the item.. this is the way to talk customer and he return the amount and not giving the item and went... without the customer permission how the delivery boy do this ..

Not received the product but it's showing delivered

I have ordered the kurti in meesha on 15th sep, still we have not received the product but it's showing delivered on 19th sept.so I raised a complaint in customer care on 20th but they not taken any action until now and they asking to submit pancard. I don't have a pancard what will I do please suggest me. I feel very bad about meesha they are cheating customers.
