I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and outrage with the utterly incompetent handling of my order on Flipkart. This is not a mere inconvenience; it is a blatant display of negligence, poor service, and disregard for customer rights that has caused me significant frustration and financial prejudice.
I demand immediate action to rectify this mess, failing which I will escalate this matter to consumer courts, regulatory authorities, and public forums without hesitation.
I placed an order for Aldo Paxleya Oxford for Men, size 9, to be delivered to my Mumbai address. The order was marked as out for delivery on November 21, 2025. Despite this status, no delivery attempt was ever made.
To my shock and anger, your system falsely indicated that I had requested a rescheduling of the deliverya claim that is completely fabricated, as I made no such request. This error is entirely on your end, and it has directly led to the current debacle.
As of today, November 23, 2025, the product remains undelivered, well beyond any reasonable timeframe. Due to your delays, I am no longer at my Mumbai address and have relocated to Delhi.
I promptly contacted your customer support to request a change in delivery address to Delhi, only to be met with vague excuses about policy issues preventing delivery there. Furthermore, there is no clarity from your team on whether the item can even be delivered to Mumbai todaya question that should have been answered decisively and immediately. Your representatives then had the audacity to suggest that I cancel the order and place a new one for delivery to Delhi.
However, the product price has since increased, and when I demanded that Flipkart cover the price differencewhich is a direct consequence of your companys failuresI was flatly refused.
Why should I, the innocent customer, bear the financial burden of your incompetence? This is unacceptable and borders on exploitative practices. Your delays, false system updates, and refusal to accommodate a simple address change have not only wasted my time but also forced me into a position where I must either pay more or go without the product I rightfully ordered. This is a clear violation of consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.
I hold Flipkart fully responsible for this fiasco and demand the following resolutions without further delay:
1.
Immediate delivery of the original order to my Delhi address at the original price paid, with no additional charges.
2. If delivery to Delhi is genuinely impossible (which I doubt, given your vast logistics network), then expedite delivery to Mumbai today and provide a full refund for any return shipping if needed, along with compensation for the inconvenience.
3. Reimbursement for the price difference if a new order is unavoidable.
4. Ree to the issue of today feerbuary
A written apology from a senior executive acknowledging the errors and outlining steps to prevent such issues in the future.
I expect a substantive response and resolution within 48 hours of receipt of this letter.
Failure to comply will leave me no choice but to file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, pursue legal action through the consumer court, and share my experience widely on social media platforms, review sites, and with media outlets to highlight Meesho poor customer service.
I have retained all relevant records, including screenshots of the order status, communication with your support team, and proof of the price increase, which will be used as evidence if necessary. Do not test my patience furtherrectify this immediately

Hello Meesho support, I placed an order today on Meesho and received a payment notification/collect request from Meesho. I clicked the notification and successfully paid 709 through my FamPay account.
The payment is showing as completed/paid in my transaction history, but my order is not appearing in the My Orders section of the Meesho app. I have previously made payments through the same process and my orders were created normally, but this time the payment has been deducted and the order is not visible. Please check my payment and confirm whether my order has been placed successfully. If the order was not created, please either update the order in my account or process a refund for the paid amount.
I can provide a payment screenshot and transaction details if needed. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
