Payment made successfully to meesho from payment merchant and meesho did not even generate order id to track my payment

Resolved: I have placed an order and money has been deducted from my account but i cant see any orders in my account.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I have been with meesho from the past 3 yrs but the experience I got now is very very bad, money has been deducted from my account and the items are not in my orders,wheni tried calling meesho customer service no one is accepting my call or resolving my query.
