Payment made successfully to meesho from payment merchant and meesho did not even generate order id to track my payment

I tried to buy something from meesho app and i proceeded for payment through mobikwik wallet to pay meesho money is debited from mobikwik wallet to meesho successful and transaction is is generated from mobikwik but Meesho app did not generate order number and refusing that payment is not received, i tried to reach to them by varous means but misleaded by saying we need order number first to proceed and ignored my case, told me to...
